Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- Mike: Minutes for Aug 16 have been lost.

AR Review:

- Greg prepare docs to review Opal proposals related to AMI quality
  - Done, reviewed today

- Mike add QUAILs to Mantis
  - Some research, no QUAILs actually added
  - The IBIS infrastructure under Mantis must be added first

- Bob conduct tests of parser behavior for test keywords
  - TBD

New items:

AMI checklist - Greg Edlund:
- Mike showed the updated AMI checklist from Greg
- Greg: The new items are from Opal, derived from the question list
- Mike: The line items are short, more description would help
- Bob: Opal is not an official IBIS document
  - BIRDs have changed some things since it was written
  - Syntax item #4 might have to be scratched, for example
- Mike: Syntax items #1 and #2 could be merged, moved to Usage
- Mike: Item #3 may be about parameter name mismatches
- Bob: Opal was a vendor-specific proposal
- Mike saved comments in a Google doc shared with participants.

Greg: #4 is about an existing problem with Labels?
- Bob: There are no labels now
  - It is illegal as stated but applicable to tables

AR: Mike send AMI checklist document with comments to group
